My Optician practice manager, Emma, and her husband Mark are taking part in the Lake District 50km Ultra Challenge to raise funds for mental health charity, MIND.
In addition to this, they are also running a raffle to help them reach their fundraising target, with generous prize donations from Cannon Park Tesco and some of their suppliers.
